Sinking Sidewalk

We have a walkway leading to the front door that is sinking and was wondering what it would cost to get it fixed. I was also wondering if you remove concrete.  We are looking to tear up part of our drive in order to plant some trees.

Thank you for contacting us. We do not typically remove concrete when it is not associated with a foundation repair project. However, we can give you an estimate for slab jacking. We drill 5/8″ holes into a concrete slab and pump a polyurethane material under the slab to fill the void and lift the slab back into place. It does not fix what caused the settlement therefore we cannot guarantee that the slab will not settle again. If the concrete has been in place for several years of wet and dry we can hope that it has settled as much as it is going to. You would want to confirm that there is no water draining at that spot.
